As the Customer Success Specialist for Cleopatra Enterprise, Dean strives to create mutually benefiting synergy with clients. Having close ties with them, he always looks to proactively resolve challenges and advise or guide the clients along the way. In this way, Dean helps major companies in industries like oil and gas, energy, and chemicals to improve their project control processes.
Dean holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation at the Erasmus University.
Arnout Tombrock
Senior Software Implementation Consultant
Arnout Tombrock is the Senior Software Implementation Consultant for Cleopatra Enterprise, the advanced project controls solution for industrial projects.
As part of the implementation team, Arnout hosts workshops to analyze clients’ needs and run or manage implementations of the software system. He has played a key role in successfully advising major clients across Europe and America on how to add value to their projects via digitalization.
Furthermore, Arnout manages a portfolio of projects as an account manager for a Cleopatra Enterprise client. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at the Delft University of Technology.
