Aya has a strong background in engineering and sustainability projects and has been recognized as a Posterity20 pioneer in the MENA Region for 2022/2023, an initiative by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and other stakeholders, and a Forbes 30 under 30 Europe awardee for her impactful contributions in shaping the global market landscape.
Hafiz Syed Jahanzaib Bukhari

Hafiz brings a varied experience of 10+ years in Mobile App Technologies, Web Application technologies and SQL databases. Part of successful implementations in large scale software projects including Project Management, Product Management, IT Project Life cycle, Project Planning, Project Implementation and mobile app management. He holds an Engineering degree in computer science complemented by relevant technical certifications including Cleopatra. In Autumn this year, Hafiz will exhibit at ADIPEC Exhibition Conference.
Elmer Sachteleben

Elmer Sachteleben is an experienced Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) holding an MSC in applied physics. After providing consultancy services to major companies, Elmer now leads Cost Engineering Academy.
He applies his broad experience and enthusiasm to provide traineeships, develop courses and organize workshops in project controls and turnarounds. He is also a teacher at the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers (DACE) and a frequent speaker at industry events.
Elmer has provided consulting services in process assessment, development, and implementation to major multinational companies such as Shell, Unilever, Bayer, Cargill, CB&I, Mott MacDonald, Heineken, Vopak, Enbridge, Yara, and Rijkswaterstaat.
